Bedarra features only twelve guest villas, each hidden amongst the tropical rainforest and enjoying spectacular ocean views.
All villas on Bedarra offer their own magical experience, each being slightly different from the others. Some villas are situated literally a few steps from the beach, several feature private infinity edge plunge pools, some have outdoor rainforest bathrooms and some offer expansive private sundecks and daybeds…
While each of our villas is unique, they all offer a true escape from civilisation, a private sanctuary of solitude and relaxation to revitalise the soul – and the ultimate in barefoot luxury.
The Treehouse Villa
Perched on elevated granite boulders and nestled into the canopy of the surrounding rainforest and coconut palms, this villa offers mesmerizing views over the beach and Coral Sea below.
Featuring an expansive split level sun terrace and daybed and an outdoor shower, The Treehouse provides a spacious and private escape to truly relax and unwind. Inside, the villa is a split-level design with the bedroom on the upper floor, and living area on the lower level.
The lower level also features a relaxing lounge setting, LED TV, Ipod, tablet and pod espresso machine.
Total area of the villa is 88.5m2 (56.5m2 internal and 32m2 deck).
Oceanview Terrace Villa
The Oceanview Terrace Villas are nestled on a ridge, offering mesmerising views over Hernandia Bay. A split-level design with the bedroom on the upper floor, and living area on the lower level. The lower level comprises contemporary custom lounge seating featuring an internal daybed, LED TV, Ipod, tablet and pod espresso machine.
Each villa features a private balcony with outdoor seating offering a secluded but spectacular place to relax and enjoy the enticing beach and bay views. Our Oceanview Terrace Villas both feature an oversized private sundeck with sunlounges and alfresco dining setting.
Total area of each villa is 76.5m2 (56.5m2 internal and 20m2 deck).
Villa North-East
Villa North-East is the highest villa at the resort, offering commanding north-east views over Hernandia Bay. Villa North-East is split over two levels and designed to maximise the spectacular views with the bedroom located on the upper level and the living area on the lower level.
The sleeping level comprises a King Size bed and built-in robes and the living level offers contemporary lounge seating, LED TV, Ipod, work desk, tablet and bar with a pod espresso machine. The large outdoor deck features a private infinity edge plunge pool, daybed, outdoor shower and an alfresco dining setting.
Total area of the villa is 94.5m2 (56.5m2 internal and 38m2deck).
The Pavilions
The Pavilions (Villas 15 & 16) are set in exclusive, private locations with stunning views over Wedgerock Bay. An open-plan layout is designed to take advantage of the spectacular views and create an inviting indoor/outdoor ambience. The sleeping pavilion features a custom-designed floating bed, air conditioning and a separate oversized bathroom with shower and deep bath. The living pavilion and bar offer contemporary built-in lounges, LED TV, Ipod and espresso machine. A work desk and tablet are located in the villa. The large outdoor area and deck incorporate a private plunge pool, a daybed and an alfresco dining setting.
Total area of the villa is 87.25m2 (60.25m2 internal and 27m2 deck).
The Beach House
The Beach House (Villa 5) is situated right on the beach, nestled amongst the fringing coconut palms and rainforest. Featuring a wet-edge plunge pool and oversize deck, the villa offers spectacular beachfront views over the sand and ocean. The villa is a two-storey design, featuring the custom lounge and bar on the upper level and the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. The lower level opens out onto the expansive deck creating an inviting indoor/outdoor living experience. The deck is surrounded by rainforest-clad granite boulders and enjoys a daybed, sun lounges and outdoor seating. The bathroom spills out onto the rainforest deck to the outdoor shower hidden amongst the rainforest. The villa features a work desk, LED televisions, pod espresso machine, mini bar, tablet and ipod.

The Point
The Point (Villa 1) is located at the northernmost point of Hernandia Beach and offers seclusion, isolation and absolutely breathtaking views over Hernandia Bay. The villa is split over two levels and designed to maximise the panoramic views with bedroom located on the upper level and living on the lower level. The sleeping level comprises a King Size bed and built-in robes and the living level offers contemporary lounge seating, LED TV, Ipod, work desk, tablet and bar with a pod espresso machine. The expansive outdoor deck is designed to offer privacy and provides an amazing sanctuary to enjoy the expansive ocean and reef views. The outdoor area features a private plunge pool, covered outdoor lounge, daybed, sunlounges and an outdoor shower.
Total area of the villa is 134.5m2 (56.5m2 internal and 78m2 deck).
Beachfront Villa
Our Beachfront Villas (Villa 2 and Villa 7) are situated just a few steps above the beach, nestled into the fringing lush rainforest. Featuring spectacular palm framed beachfront views over the sand and ocean, the villas are a two-storey design, with a King size bedroom, powder room and cocktail balcony on the upper level and the relaxed lounge, living room and bathroom on the lower level. The lower level opens out onto the balcony featuring outdoor seating and breathtaking views. The villas feature a work desk, LED television, pod espresso machine, mini bar and ipod.
Please note that 3G/4G and Wi-Fi signal is sometimes not available in the Beachfront Villas and if staying connected to the outside world is important during your stay then we suggest considering any of our other villa types. Wi-fi is available however in our restaurant and lounge area.

Beachfront Deluxe Villa
The Beachfront Deluxe Villas (Villas 3 & 6) sit just above the beach and enjoy spectacular rainforest framed views to the beach and stunning views of the headland across the bay. With a large lounge seating in the living area downstairs and cathedral ceiling bedroom upstairs, the villa is a sanctuary of rest and relaxation. Offering an expansive and private deck with sun lounges and a beautiful outdoor rainforest bathroom with shower and bath at the rear of the Villa, Beachfront Deluxe are the epitome of what a tropical island villa should be.
